All familiar faces and they are among the elite Technical Service Experts in our industry. And we are not going to talk a lot about “service.” Consumers trust service technicians more than most other people in the dealership. Most RVers love an opportunity to have a one-on-one discussions about which unit to buy, which manufacturer creates less service issues, what aftermarket accessories they should add to their RV, what can they do to learn how to fix things on their RV, and other things that may not be related to service.
